Beverage tasting

Let yourself be guided in the world of beverages and take the conference group on an interesting travelogue through the promised lands of grapes where you smell and taste your way. Finish with a 3-course dinner, composed for the wines you have chosen.
Mini After Work

End the conference with a little after-dinner talk and after work. We reserve a table for your party and serve one glass of beer, wine or non-alcoholic per person, as well as a cheese and charcuterie plate. Can also be specially ordered as desired.

Lecture with Kent Larsson

Gothenburg artist Kent Larsson tells a life story about art and what it is like to be an artist. Kent is a full-time painter since 1984. He has had around 100 exhibitions over the years at galleries, art centers and art museums.
Tour of the Palm House

Book a guided tour of the Palm House – experience tropical heat and various exotic plants. The Palm House is a greenhouse of almost 1000 square meters, built in 1878 in the Garden Association, just a stone’s throw from Hôtel Eggers.
Wine & Vintage

What does slow fashion mean, how do you know when a garment is vintage, and how did the color lose its richness? Theresa Skjolden, a sustainable stylist and lecturer in slow fashion, clarifies the concepts and invites you to a colorful and glamorous world of vintage and personal style. After the lecture, we enjoy a glass of wine with petits in Eggers beautiful surroundings.

A fun activity creates joy and community during your conference. We work with Aventi event companies who have many years of experience in creating exciting activities. We are happy to provide tips on more conference activities – tell us about the purpose of the day and we will find that little extra that enhances it further.
Mission accomplished
outdoors | Time required: 1.5 h | Minimum number: 4 pers.
We meet you at the hotel entrance. In teams, you will be given a backpack and a tablet, which you will use to navigate to some 40 points that we have placed in central Gothenburg. Here you are faced with varying assignments, ranging from logical thinking, tricky questions and creative assignments. Some missions even require you to photograph or film – all to collect as many points as possible. Beware of customs zones, if you enter them your team will lose points.
The battle for taxes
outdoors | Time required: 1.5-2 h | Minimum number: 8 pers.
Welcome to the Garden Association or other nearby green space. We start with an auction where the teams can bid on different things that will later have more or less importance in the competition. After that, an all-round match starts with various cooperation exercises where the teams that bid on the “right” things get an advantage in certain events. With the map and the clues won, the teams then compete for the treasure. It’s not over until the lid of the treasure chest is opened and the winning team is announced.
Escape game
indoors | Time required: 1.5 h | Minimum number: 4 pers.
Through a series of more or less cunning clues, the group is given the opportunity to solve elements. The adventure takes place in a grim, super-secret location somewhere underground in northern Sweden that faces a direct threat from outside. It is now urgent for the participants to work together to complete a series of exercises to save everyone in the group and get out into the open!
The conference riddle
indoors | Time required: 1.5 h | Minimum number: 6 pers.
Here you compete against each other in teams in different stages. For each branch won, the team wins a letter, the final stage is to figure out which word we are looking for. There are mixed challenges awaiting you, brainteasers to be solved, cooperation exercises and also playful competitions such as charades. Can also be conducted in English.
On the right track
indoors | Time required: 2 h | Minimum number: 6 pers.
The set-up is much the same as in the popular TV program “On the trail” – we start the journey and the challenge is to figure out where we are going. Knowledge is put to the test in teams and team spirit is important as we have to answer questions about our destination together. There is also an English version – On the track.

In this nostalgia trip, we take a look at four decades from the 70s to 2010. In teams, you’ll answer questions about music, movies, sports and much more. Moments we remember, TV series, dishes, etc. are offered in this entertaining quiz that provides many wonderful memories. We offer this only in Swedish.
