Payment

  • When booking a hotel room online, a credit/debit card is provided as a guarantee for the reservation. No money will be deducted, and payment will only be made on arrival at the hotel.
  • When booking hotel packages online, payment is made by credit/debit card at the time of booking.
  • If booking a package by phone or email, payment is due 10 days after booking. The payment is done via internet or via your bank at which point you will have to enter the OCR-number as listed in the booking confirmation. If, when you book your stay, you have less than 14 days prior to arrival, you will be asked to pay upon arrival. If this is the case, you are asked to provide bank card details over the phone as a guarantee for the booking.
  • Would you like to pay with a gift card? If you have a gift card that starts with letters (e.g. MR85586-W555), you can use it to pay for your booking online. For all other gift cards, please contact us by phone at +46 31 333 44 40 or by email at info@hoteleggers.se, and we will be happy to assist you.

Cancellation policy

  • Room & breakfast bookings: Cancellations are to be done by 6 pm the latest on the day prior to arrival. Cancellations later than that, or no shows, will be debited in full.
  • Package bookings: Cancellations are to be done no later than 3 days prior to arrival.

If you have booked online, you can view, modify & cancel via a link in your confirmation email.

The above applies to parties of up to nine people, contact us for rules for larger parties. We reserve the right to change prices. NOTE! For conference bookings and larger parties, other rules apply.

From-price what does that mean?

From-price means that the price will vary depending on season as well as which day in the week you arrive. The from-price that is presented in each offer is the lowest available price. If you consult our online booking facility or call our booking department you will be advised of the price that is applicable to the dates you wish to book.

Our price guarantee

Only when you book directly with us can we offer you our entire range – at the best price! We can guarantee that you will always get the best price when you book on our website or directly with us by email or phone. Bookings must have identical booking conditions and content. This applies to dates, room type, number of rooms/guests, content and price restrictions. If you still find a better price for the same product, we’ll make up the difference! Force majeure

Significant reductions in supply or circumstances beyond the hotel’s control entitle us to cancel the contract without obligation to pay damages (e.g. strike, fire, lockout, natural disaster, war or similar).
