Tuna tartare with baked free-range egg and nettle Nobis sauce

Main Course

Roast lamb sirloin with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, Västerbotten cheese and thyme jus, served with a warm salad of peas and Savoy cabbage

Dessert

Chocolate Tosca cake with chocolate and cinnamon sabayon and apple compote
