One of Sweden’s oldest hotels<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

H\u00f4tel Eggers is one of Sweden’s oldest hotels still in operation. There are many exciting stories about the hotel that stretch as far back as the 19th century. Parts of the property date back to 1820 and underneath the foundations there are remains of the old city wall from the 18th century. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

A piece of hotel history<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

H\u00f4tel Eggers is one of the country’s few remaining hotels from the time when the railways were built. During the Eggerian era, many different people stayed at the hotel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We offer 69 beautiful rooms, all in different styles that together reflect a bygone era. The hotel has six bright conference rooms that are cozy and create comfort for good meetings. Our restaurant and bar are reminiscent of turn-of-the-century Paris. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
