Every day we nominate our colleagues with Proud with Passion cards if they have given extra good service to a guest. This is to recognize each other and give each other praise and encouragement for excellent service and camaraderie. It creates a great community and strengthens the cohesion of the hotel. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Inspiring conferences and events<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We have regular conferences and training sessions where we work actively on service and sustainability. The meetings strengthen the departments among themselves and provide a nice community between the staff at our four hotels. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
